During the warranty period any possible mechanical failure or manufacturing defect that may occur will be promptly replaced for free.

At the end of the first year you can still receive spare parts by paying a small fee (variable depending on the substitution).

Money Back Guarantee within 14 days since the delivery

The full 100% refund policy is applied to the price of the chairs, and does not apply to the shipping costs.

According to the Italian document “Codice del Consumo” (Decreto Legislativo n.206 del 2005 – articoli da 128 a 135), the warranty period starts on delivery and it gives you the right to ask for the product replacement or repair, price discount or money back within 14 days of receiving the product. In this case the customer has to send back the product by paying for the whole shipping cost. The money amount will be fully repaid only if the product does not get worn or damaged during the 14 days of use.

Example of Money Back Guarantee within 14 days

If the customer decides to give back its Komfort Chair for which he paid 749 euros (international shipping included), he will send back the chair at his expenses. After that, he will receive a refund of 669 euros (chair price excluding the shipping costs, as shown in the invoice). If the chair has some visible signs of wear of fabrics or materials, the amount refund will be around 500 euros, more or less, depending on the extent of the damage.
